Please Visit PelHeat.com For Quality Wood/Biomass Pellet Mills and Pellet PlantsSince 2006 we have working on developing and promoting the best pellet making solutions. Our current range of equipment is amongst the highest quality equipment on the market. It is also the most automated which means you have to spend less time making pellets. We have worked with both cheap pellet machines and more expensive but higher quality equipment. Through this experience there is no question which is the best choice, as cheap equipment when it comes to making pellets is an expensive mistake in both time and money. We can provide a complete range of equipment from for any scale of pellet production from the home to the factory. Our smallest pellet press is the Mini Pellet Mill. This unit can be run from a single phase electrical supply and produce a range of pellets for feed and fuel. It's average power consumption on a single phase supply is just 1.3Kw's, that's less than your electric kettle. Though this pellet machine is very small, it does not mean it is any less sophisticated than our commercial scale equipment. The pellet press features a raw material hopper with variable speed auger feed. A conditioner to prepare the raw material, and a ring die. A ring die, as apposed to a flat die is used in almost all large scale commercial operations. If you need a pellet plant to operate as a small business, we produce small pellet plants. These pellet plants are custom designed for each customer to meet their needs and requirements as best as possible. For instance, some are looking for a small operation that can easily be expanded in the future to meet growing demand. This is standard request, and we design the plants with this in mind, and they can be scaled up to 2,000 kgs per hour. If a higher capacity per hour is required we do have the modular pellet plants, where each part of the process is delivered in a shipping container sized box. This pellet plant can be scale up to the largest capacities required for different materials. |
